The Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) has many accessible and affordable modes of transportation for residents, visitors, students, seniors and people with disabilities. Air Transportation
Located 8 miles north of the city is the Lancaster Airport.
 
Driving Directions
From the North and East: Route 222 South to Route 30 West.  Exit 501 South (Lititz Pike). Turn Left and stay on 501 South (Route 222 South) until it ends at McGovern Avenue. Turn Right. Follow signs marked Prince Street to center of Downtown.
 
From the West: Route 283 East to Exit 72 South (Manheim Pike).  Turn Right. Follow 72 South and it changes to Prince Street (Route 222 South) after crossing over railroad bridge. Follow Prince Street (Route 222 South) to center of Downtown.
 
From the South: Interstate 83 to Route 30 East. Exit Harrisburg Pike (Route 230). Turn Right and stay on it until it ends at Prince Street (Route 222 South). Turn Right and follow Prince Street (Route 222 South) to center of Downtown.
